In early 2014 Christopher began a Special Strategic Partnership with Illinois only REALTOR, FSA (Fellow of the Society of Actuaries).

Over the past 8 years, this FSA  has delivered a median 99% List-to-Sold Price Ratio to Home Sellers, using the Econometric Home Valuation model that he developed to Maximize Sold Price for his home selling clients.

The partnership was formed to greatly enhance the Client Experience, in order to maximaize the expected sold price for sellers, allowing us to provide maximum value to home sellers by combining the Global Market Reach of RE/MAX, with the Precision Pricing Model of our Actuarial Partner.

Now that we have created this force, the residents/home sellers in the Fox Valley/and extended Kane County areas can leverage this partnership and gain exceptional results.
