As Legislators Reach Halftime, REALTORS® Cast Wary Eye on Many Bills

As some legislation passed through the first chamber of the Illinois General Assembly this week and moved to the opposite chamber for committee hearings and floor debate, Illinois REALTORS® continues to monitor all of the legislative issues discussed at Capitol Conference, according to the April 27 issue of the State Capitol Report.

While some bills discussed at the Legislative Issues briefing are considered inactive now, the association will remain vigilant on these issues until the Spring Session adjourns (scheduled adjournment date is May 31).  Read the State  Capitol Report now.
